Payments made on our website are processed securely via Stripe. If you purchase through our iOS app, your purchase is processed by Apple through the App Store. All fees are stated at the time of purchase. Prices are subject to change with advance notice.
Website purchases: We offer a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date, no questions asked. After 30 days, all sales are final. To request a refund, contact us at support@allyprep.com.
App Store purchases: If you purchased through our iOS app, your purchase was made with Apple, and refunds follow Apple's refund policy. We cannot issue refunds for App Store purchases. To request one, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
Any refund, whether issued by us or by Apple, results in the immediate revocation of account access.
This platform is a study aid only. We make no guarantee, express or implied, that use of our website or platform will result in passing any licensing exam, certification, or test of any kind. Individual results vary based on personal factors beyond our control. We encourage you to use this platform as one part of a broader study approach.
